GD Express won the SMI DiGi ICT Adoption Award at the SMI Recognition Award 2003 ceremony held in Sunway Convention Hall, 3rd October 2003. This award is bestowed on non-listed SMIs heeding the government’s call to adopt ICT in their operations. Those companies nominated had responded well to ICT and are now using ICT to benefit their companies, both operationally and financially.

The online Problem Shipment system in our GD IT system allows the Headquarters to monitor all the daily problem shipments throughout the whole GD network in Malaysia.

Proof of Delivery system records the consignments details of shipments that had been delivered. These data will be used for our reference and also to handle customers' enquiries.

Our customers are free to visit our website to track their shipments through our online E-Tracking system.
