The GDEX Group has 100% ownership of GD Express Sdn Bhd (GDSB) which is principally engaged in the provision of express delivery services and Customised Logistics Solutions services, GD Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd (GD (SIN)) which was incorporated in November 2005, GD Technosystem Sdn Bhd (GDTech) which is responsible for providing IT support services to the Group's entire network system, GD Venture (M) Sdn Bhd (GDV) which is principally engaged in operating and maintenance of the Group's fleet of trucks and vans and GD Materials Distribution Sdn Bhd (GDMD) which is currently dormant.
