Enhanced Liability add on steps
a. Login to myGDEX Prime.
b. Go to create CN. Enhanced Liability will be offered when booking a shipment.
c. Click on the checkbox to add Enhanced Liability and submit. Enhanced Liability will be added to the shipment.
d. Proceed to print the CN label and ship out your parcel.

Easy! Just log in to myGDEX Prime and click on the Claim tab. Then, submit the complete and accurate information and attach supporting documents required. We will take over the process from there. Do ensure your claim is submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date shipment is picked up or 72 hours upon reaching designated destination whichever earlier.
Standard claims will be processed within fourteen (14) working days from the date of GDEX’s receipt of the submission of the relevant documents from the sender to GDEX. There may be cases in which we will need to review the incident before approval of the claim thoroughly and that may take a longer time to settle. If some of the information we require is missing from you, our team will need extra time to assess the incident, and we will need to get in touch with you for further review.
